Rocky Road Fudge

The holidays are a great time for indulging and baking amazing treats. This recipe is so easy and is a favorite of many.



Ingredients:
14 oz can of sweetened condensed milk
3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
Pinch of Salt
1.5 teaspoons of vanilla extract
2 tablespoons of softened butter
2 cups mini marshmallows
1 cup chopped walnuts

Directions:
1. In a heavy saucepan over low heat, mix in 14 oz can of sweetened condensed milk, 3 cups semi sweet chocolate chips and a pinch of salt.
2. Mix frequently until completely smooth
3. Remove from heat and add 2 tablespoons of softened butter
4. Stir in 1.5 tsp of vanilla extract
5. Add 2 cups of mini marshmallows and mix well.
6. It might seem tough but that’s the way it’s supposed to feel
7. Pour into a wax paper lined 8inch baking dish and smooth out
8. Place in the fridge to chill for two hours
9. Remove from baking dish and flip over onto cutting board
