The other day I cut fresh watermelon from Trader Joes. Of course we didn't eat all of it and instead of throwing the leftover watermelon away (because it started getting soft), I decided to make watermelon popsicles with my the new molds my mom recently bought me! This recipe is so easy and so much fun, especially during the summer! I can't wait to try out other popsicle recipes with my new star-like molds! Thanks, mom!
Ingredients:
Fresh Watermelon Chunks
2 tsp lemon zest
sugar to taste (depending on how sweet the watermelon is)
Blend all the ingredients and fill in popsicle mold. Freeze for at least two hours.
